Bank robber robs bank...trips over the little velvet rope dividers on the way out and drops a baseball hat full of cash.
He then proceeds to the waiting get-away vehicle. Get-away vehicle won't start.
Vehicle finally starts, get-away driver almost smashes into a cop car pulling out.
Get-away driver later flags down a passing cop and tells him he was "car-jacked"...later admits to being the get-away driver.
