HA!

Picking out names for our kids is the hardest thing about the entire process of having kids.

It is a pretty name when pronounced almost like the word, "loose,"  as in Spanish. It refers to light, too, so what a great name it would be.

Interesting.

I was thinking of two women I had known,  one named "Lux" and one named "Luz" and making comparisons.

Did you see her on Battlestar Galactica the other week as the dying patient in the ships sick bay?

Yeah, it was hard to recognise her at first, but all of a sudden it hit me that it was her.

My boyfriend won't let me name our future child the first one. I hope he accepts Anita if I pick it. Say the name and his last name and it's real funny because it sounds like "I need a (insert object here which is his last name)."

As long as his last name isn't Screw.  Can you imagine the teasing she would get in middle school if her name was Anita Screw?
