I think this needs to be documented. Here would be good, then I can later make a video on it and other people can share their views. Examples include: "I have in itch on my left leg... is that related to aspergers?"

I've read in a couple of places that it's stereotypical for girls with Aspergers to be obsessed with horses. I was and I mentioned this to my psychologist and he said is was a dead give away! I was so obsessed with horses I could draw an extremely good likeness from memory (of course I've only ever ridden a horse twice in my life). I still have a soft spot for them (I even have drew a couple last year) but I'm no longer obsessed. I have a soft spot for dogs but didn't obsess over them like I did with horses. So what is with this stereotype? What is it about horses that attracts Aspie girls (over other animals or other possibilities) and any female Aspies out there - were you ever obsessed with horses?

Alot of people I know of who have Asperger's have been born through Cesareans, and I'm just wondering if there could be some mild connection. My brother was born 11 weeks premature, and is now 11 years old, he has just been diagnosed with Asperger's and he was also born through cesarean. Anyone else hear noticed some sort of mild connection, or does anyone else here have similar experiences... Or is it just a coincidence?

This should be interesting. I can only imagine what insanity will emerge as the search goes on. To think I used to have the misconception of Autistic people being superior to NTs, but when I was on WP for a while, I realized that it was no better, if not worse in some respects. Same package, different wrapping. People sometimes just need to see what's really going on to correct such misconceptions.

In the Baby Sitter Club books, Mallor also loved horses and Jessie too. They didn't have AS. My mom wanted a horse too growing up and she doesn't have it either. But she never got one because they are lot of work.

After reading about peadratric bipolar disorder almost off of the symptoms fit me as a child. I was super physicaly agressive as a child and I was a girl. I'm watching Temple Grandin's HBO movie right now and when the other kids would call her names or laugh her I knew I would have potentialy killed them. The campus security people would never have gotten away with taking my machine away like that and the dean would have had something coming. My parents say that if you took it personaly I was a very mean baby. I was always getting into fights with other kids and got such a high from it. If I felt a teacher had slighted me, I did not feel any quit about attacking her. I would also instigate fights just for the thrill. After my parents took me out of public school to homeschool me I didn't feel on edge all the time anymore and could let my gaurd down. Still, I won't hesitate to defend myself against an attacker or pervert if I have too. I sometimes actualy wish someone would jump me, just so I have an excuse to attack. Is this kind of extreme agression normal to autistics?

I always loved rivers and watching water flow down the street after and durning a rain storm. I love the look of water in a fish bowl and the sound of a fish tank.

I think I have a spot on my left arm because of my AS.
I'm a bit asymmetrical --- mild scoliosis, slight leg-length discrepancy, unevenly sized :boobs: ! If I were a normal person I'd be perfectly symmetrical! :grrr:
How different are the sizes? :boob:
Mine are a little asymmetric but they were much more so when I was breastfeeding because my daughter favored one side the few times she nursed.

Mine are a little asymmetric but they were much more so when I was breastfeeding because my daughter favored one side the few times she nursed.
Hard to tell what their final proportions will be after weight loss, as the extra fat disguised the asymmetry somewhat, but the difference may be a cup size,
probably a little less. That's one reason I'm taking the weight loss very slowly...I like a little extra volume! :laugh:

The former Playboy model who is currently in a relationship with actor Jim Carrey believes Christ would be a good guy to date if he wasn’t ‘dead’, reports fashion.ie.
‘I’m looking at a picture of Jesus on the wall. I would have totally dated Jesus. Love that beard. Too bad he’s dead,’ she posted on her Twitter account.
When some followers on the micro-blogging website took offence to the suggestion that Jesus was not alive, she added: ‘Ok, ok my friends. I know Jesus is not dead. I’m saying that the fact his body has ‘risen from the dead’ makes him un-datable.’
Dating Jesus obviously stayed on her mind for some time, as she later tweeted: ‘Did they do circumcisions in Jesus days?’
