I f u c ked up, and I know its supposed to be spelled fluorescent. If someone could tell me how I can put it as florescent, it would be appreciated. I got banned from wrongplanet for sarchasim, and trolling. I admit I was bad, but I learned to controll my resentment issue, so I would not troll. Two out of three were not my fault. The last time around, one of the mods in there attacked me verbally. They had no right to joke with me considering they left an issue open. That put me in a bad mood. Stupid f u c k n Ashfire908 did the same thing too me as the mod, and for the same reason had no right to joke with me. Ashfire908 wiped virtual blood on me, and I took offense. The site of blood makes me sick, and I told him before he did it. I know the kid is 14 and I am 23. I keep forgetting, sometimes, people don;t understand the social rules like I do. I guess I should have told him why he had no right to joke with me. People sometimes need me to tell them about their behavior.

Mention examples. By the way, I stopped with the porn, as soon as I came to wrongplanet. That was before I meant QurikyCarla. I was lonely and that was an outlet to make light of those fealings. Ever since I have been opening up to people in general, I have not look at any porn at all. I don;t seem to be intrested in porn right now, nor will I be intrested as much for awhile. Having a social outlet seems to reduce that need dramatically, unlike some people I know.

QC said no to me, for relationship. I did not give her everything, like my photo for instance. She offered friendship, and I took it with open arms. I have not had real friends in 23 years because of fuckn mood problem. I must not break a friendship, because she said no to girlfriend. That would demonstrate bad friend and or boyfriend. If she were to lie about her answer to relationship, to test me, for friendship or boyfriend I would pass. I would not recomend that even though its a good test, because that will lead to some more trouble. So just ignore what I said before. She is not a lier though. I am going to see her personaly someday, so I must build up trust for that too. I am fine with friends though, because I can find another possible girlfriend.

Honestly, I went to a mental ward, but they determined I did not belong. I talked smack, but they determined I was not going to do anything. If I properly communicate an idea in the post, I could trigger my truama. (A resentment issue, from getting maid fun of) I already had a problem with family issues and mood problem before the resentment issue, so together, they truamatized me. . Truama does not stop me from editing my posts, it just makes it harder. Some people also messed up when they tried to understand, all issues aside. I should still edit, because these people need me to edit most.
Chatroom banning- First time It was my fault, because of resentment issue. Second and third time, not my fault. A simple misunderstanding, surronding sarchasim. They probably also thought I was out of controll, I was struggling but still had it. Second time it was about past actions, and how it affected how I interpeted their behavior. People should close down previous issue, before they joke with someone. This last time I also attacked with nasty comments, but one of the mods started me off wrong. Some one else finished. Both had not finished the previous issue, and had no right to joke with me. SHUT THE FUCK UP does not consitute a done deal.

I have a very strange body. ?I see abs and big muscles, but ?I stopped lifting weights. ?I do very slow body weight exercises. Each repitition is done very slowly, in order to increase intensity. ?I stopped going to the gym because I was starting to get tits, and ?I still have them. I do aerobics and flexability exercises also. ?Flexability exercises are done at the end of my rountine only. ?I warm my muscles, before I do anything, for 10 minutes. ?If I want to burn carbs, I go fast with aerobics. If want to burn fat and increase production of metabolic enzymes ?I go at moderate speed. ?Slow intensity exercises are good for helping accelerate digestion. ?If I want to burn lots of fuckn calories, I would do interval training. ?You basically alternate fast and slow speed aerobic activity, and I would definitely not do it for more than 45 minutes. ?After 45 minutes of high intensity aerobic exercise, calorie burning slowes down, and you become more efficent at storing fat. ?I may take a growth harmone secretory agents. ?I am refering to aminos acids taken at does which match body weight. ?That should be done 45 minutes to 1 hour before workout, for maximum growth harmone release. ?Growth harmone helps your body repair muscles. Watch it people who are still growing, because if taken in excess, these people are going to a greater chance of having problems than people who are mature. ?No problems have been documented in normal population yet, does not mean there is not going to be. ?I take many more supplements, not having to do with growth harmone. ?Yes I am an extremely intelligent monster. (Big muscles and very high intelligence) ?You will found out how intelligent I am very soon.

Finally someone gets it, I think. I am on something, not naturally nuts. Herbs, that in addition to high vegetable diet, mess me up. These are detox reactions. It wil make me moody, cause food withdrawl problems, hyperactivity, and sometimes rather tired. I can meditate and reduce these symptoms down to none. I have notice improvements in cognitive function and energy level though. I was already pretty functional, I am just putting back up to top shit. There is alot more shit I take too, not even listed here. Those also seem to giving me advantages, on top of what I already have.

As for music, it depends on what I am in the mood for. I have some relaxation tapes, and some stimulating music ( basically to cause agitation, not necessarly in bad way.). I love drums, they seem to get me going. I bought some cd and a player just when I learned I had to be in the mood to tollerate music. I am a classical mussic nut. I like to concentrate on the music only, because I feal that has the most benefit, for what I am in the mood for. I have Halo soundtrack,( its a game for xbox)which is to get me to go nuts. I rest are for relaxation. Voyage to harmony, Chakra's dream, spritual healing, and mind and spirt. I should get more, especially the stimulating ones. I have some on my computer that are stimulating.

I think you got the wrong idea. I am not doing blunts, like my sister, these are health promoting herbs.They boost mental performance, immunce system, and help escort garbage out of my system. I noticed an improvement, after the detox symptoms are gone. I have noticed some of these detox symptoms are in my head, because relaxation exercise take care of them. I want a girlfriend, a job, and go to college. I am taking the natural route towards getting these things, which means getting my issues taken care of. I also have fuckn cancer, and its in remission, I want it to stay that way. I am trying to make myself as good as a catch as possible. I am about ready for a job and some college courses, without meds.

It the healthy things in general. ?The herbs cannot replace a healthy diet, they are inconjunction with. I just started with those things, and was not using them for the first three years. If I live two more I have a 50 percent chance of survival of cancer. I want my life in full gear, and I want it ?fuckn now, this is why I keep trying with all the shit. So that means, be extreme as I possibly can. I have already wasted 23 years of my life, with nothing, not even a friend. ?My mom has been bugging me to have children, get a job, and go to college. ?My hard work is getting me there. ?Pretty soon I am going to actually look for a job and take some college courses, (CCRI) that are being offered at the Westerly High School. ? Not shit, not gas and most definately not constipation. I can assure you, taking a shit is almost as quick for me as taking a piss (and no, it doesn't come out as diarrhea). There is however a great deal of food and liquid in my stomach in that pic, plus more food working it's way through my lower digestive tract, all of which gave me a somewhat bloated look. Since I have a very high-fibre diet, with lots and lots of raw fruit and veg, my meals tend to be rather on the bulky side, and with eating a lot more than usual with my current training, it's straining even my volumous alimentary canal.
Here's me tonight, about 6 hours past my last meal and looking rather less bloaty, if somewhat scruffy and unshaven.

Thanks for the information, McJagger. For my laptop, which is a Toshiba, I have to hold down the Fn and Alt keys at the same time and then enter 0178 on the number pad, not the numbers along the top of the keyboard. For my keyboard, 0 is on the same key as M and 1 is on the same key as J, while 7 and 8 are on the 7 and 8 keys at the top of the keyboard. It works for me. ???

I am trying to make it as clear as possible. The truamas are hyperaurosing me. During these instances, any bodly fuctions, that are not immediately necessary suffer. (Certain cognitive functions)I will often mess up post unconscienously to prevent myself form triggering one of the truamas. I must edit my post to prevent this. People maid fun of me during school, 2 surgeries, the dx of cancer, and my mom;s bullshit truamaitized me.
I already had family issues, so automatically, getting maid fun of was a big fuckn deal. My mom married two times, both husbands were unstable emotionally. One was probably severly truamatized, from the special armed forces.( military) The fuckn guy abused my mom physically and verbally. The physical abuse was rape when she had cracked pelvis. To be fair, my mom verbally abused both of them, and agravated both their issues. My biological dad was an alcoholic, and my mom said he pointed a loaded shot gun at her head. My mom keeps saying, "I swear to god he has autism." He calmed down that habit, but he can be inconsiderate at times.
Getting told I have one year to live by doctors, because I have skin cancer, is truamatizing. I have maid it three years, and if I make 2 more I have a 50 percent chance of surviving. I did not like the 6 radioactive isotopes injected into me either. All of them done in continueously, and they really burned. They were trying look at my insides. I had surgery to remove some of the cancerous lymphocytes, and I left home with some recovery time. I had to wait 6 hours, with a poisioned body, to go into surgery for a ruptured appendix. I don;t actually know it was this long, my mom said it, and she tends to exaggerate. I should have died, if she is correct, in the waiting room. In the hospital the doctors thought I was going to die, so they called my family. Surgury is scary, because you may die. You might wake up during it and be paralyized too. That is two times I should have died, What can you infer about my health? You think it means my body is hot?

I am sorry. I understand the callout thing was fun, games, nothing more. Its frusturating being misunderstood all the time, but I understand its difficult. Both of those issues are like the truama I experienced, but both are not happening for no reason. People used to fuck with me for no good reason at school, and that is the difference here. (At intensity there is a good reason, and when I was at school there was no good reason) Maybe this difference will be enough for this to not repeat it again. If something resembles truama, trolling like that, becomes automatic. I does not matter if I recognize its a joke it still happens. One of the reasons I am so good at trolling, is to protect my life. I am extremely hyperaurosed, and thus if I come up with a clever comment, I am not have to use physical force. I just did theroy of mind, that leads to improved self controll and compassion. Theory of mind is defining reasons for my actions, and fealings that have arisen during that time. This is what I have been waiting for, the precise reason for the trolling. Maybe I can really stop the trolling at inopportune times. I will do it here when I am supposed to though.

My dad is going to get a new cord for me. He tried, for two hours, to fix the old cord. This is impressive because he usually does not give that much effort to help me. He was hyped up before he got there, so that makes me suspicious. I really should not go into what that means. He even showed me how to splice wires, so I could try and fix a broken cord myself. They offer courses at the Westerly High School. This is a Community College of Rhode Island satellite, in which they offer college course after the high school gets out. I am thinking about it, both things. When I do think about it I get a panic attack, which is canceled with relaxation exercises. Probably a truama issue, but it stops after a few tries. Some times I get nervous talking on the phone too, but I do the same thing. Relaxation exercises calm me down, and they allow me to communicate normally. I am sure all will stop after a while. I have never use relaxation exercises on these issues.

Truthfully, I had $500 in may savings account, but I spent all but $200. I am capable of saving money. I always get out by a hair, windows xp can get sold for $200 brand new. I could have bought the windows xp now if I had not spent that money. I am kicking myself now. Good idea Peter. I do know two out of three of those measurements up front. My mom has the tape measure, and I will get it from her. Last time I looked I had a 32 inch waist, but I think it went down an inch or two. Last time I checked my height is 5feet 8inches and I weighed 150lbs. If you think about it, for a muscular guy, that is very thin. You might have figured out by now, I am online. My netwire is on the floor for the cat to get at, but I am told if he touches it he will get a shock. The other end of the wire is hanging half way through the room in my nephew's bedroom. This is temporary and will get fixed. I think everything is fine, but I will have to see. I have to go shopping, try install my scanner, and camera. I can rest though, I think I have had enough exercise this week. I am getting some tea, that is for sure. I will be going back to tea binges and getting messed up. This will be temporary because I have no job, and tea is expesive for me. Well, It would say I its very good for me. Messed up refers to me getting hyper, which I can controll. Attack the job means I am going to start looking now. I have looked at my hours, and as always praticed relaxation exercises. Things looks good computer wise, but I am not going to get my hopes up. I need to see significant proof its going to work. I see things already, but its not enough for me to get upped and then let down. The net is up and I see it says I have windows 98se opperating system. Monitor is about to go and my d drive is disfunctional, but I will get a computer. I hope I get a job by then so I can support my own effort to get new computer, because I am sick having little power monetary wise.

I was paid back half the money owed to me. My check is coming in a couple of days so borrowing is from it is not completly out of the question. Its only half the risk getting me into the situation that I was almost in. Enough time will pass and by then, and the money I borrowed out of my check from food should be returned by the time I need it. Hmmm... I think I will be getting my computer in 3 days. Lets see if Karen can get a me brand new windows xp computer for $200. She said she would try, that does not mean yes, it means maybe. I think I will be able to get it.

One last step is necessary after I get my computer. My brother told me to leave it alone untill he gets there. I could try and set it up by myself, but I might fuck it up. I don't want any more trouble and thus its not worth the chance that I fuck the new computer.

I feal like it. I don't understand how I could be so light and "have muscles" as Gianna puts it. That night my brother came over to fix my computer, with his friends and girlfriends, they had a scorpion bowl. Gianna said" You have muscles and shit and you don't eat anything." They offered me cheese nips and pasta with creamy sauce, and pizza. I rejected them all, because they did not sound healthy. For the pizza I would expect whole wheat crust and the sauce and cheese would have little or no salt added. I may expect part skim mozeralla just for apperance. Sometimes when you cook pizza a puddle of grease floats on the top of it. I would do the same with the pasta alfreado if that is what it was. I would have the sodium reduced and the pasta would be whole wheat. The cheese nips would have sodium reduced and only whole grains would be used.

I think I was 16 when they first labeled me as AS, but I don't think it fits anymore. My therapist does not seem to get it. He expects a certain level of disability from me, but I don't have that level. He does not see what I see, even though I try to tell him. A few years latter, this therapist labeled me HFA and HFA socialize less than AS. I flood chatrooms and its hard for me to not shut up sometimes. I get social things quickly and function at a high level. They should make a new dx just for my case. If they are going to call me HFA, they should make it SHFA. (super highfunction autism)

Sometimes it seems like that. I get the overstimulation, but I find if I pratice relaxation exercises, I can get myself to do almost anything. I keep fighting it and eventually what ever is causing the overstimulation stops. Phone converstations make me nervous, but if I am calm I do just fine. I keep attacking the issue with relaxation exercises and I am not overstimulated anymore. Last time I did it, I felt magical, like I was the best. I picture a woman tickling my back with a feather in a sexual way, and it makes so high I will do anything. Its like I am hypnotized or something. It seems to happen naturally without stimulating herbs or any other substances.

I will frequently read the labels and look for beneficial ingredients and read up cleansers to find out what is the best for me. Apperance affects mood, so I try my best.
I try and use the best with what little money I have. I mixed two moisturizers for dry skin. Nature's pharmacy aloe vera with vitamin e is mixed with Jergens multivitamin moisturizer. The mulitvitamin moisturizer has vitamins e, a, and c in it. I try and use plants because they have minerals and phyotochemicals that are good for the skin. The phytochemicals have antioxidant properties greater than the vitamins and minerals themselves, but are not labeled as essential yet. The vitamins make up the rest of the good stuff. Its broard spectrum benefits, with other moisturizers like mineral oil. I don't use exfoliants, but I do use silicon gel for scars. I apply the aloe vera with vitamin e skin gel after shaving, or some other irritation. I tan real easy, and will get red quickly so I apply if I want to ride around with my shirt off.
For body wash I use suave aloe vera moisturizing body wash. This has aloe vera, vitamin e, glycerin, water lilly root extract, and sunflower glycerides. Its not the best, but it has quite a few benefical ingredients, and that is why I use it. If I see a better one that I can buy, with less artifical crap and more benefical ingredients, that I will definitely take it. The body wash seems to work fine. From my understanding, lathering, is from too much. When the cleanser lathers, its grabbing on to air in addition to other stuff. I read this some where.

Maybe maybe not. I pushed my luck alot and I don't seem to die. I am eating a alot of vegetables, and they protect my dna from mutations. I take alot more supplements than Peter does too. My skin gets red but that is it. For some strange reason it does not hurt or peal. Its not all the time though, and I have a backpack protecting my back on topless rides. They removed lymphocytes and I still rarely get sick.

It did not work with when I changed over to windows98 se, ut it did work when I had windows98. My brother let me borrow a cord again. I could not take it back because I threw the box out. The guy at radio shack said it was what I needed. I went up there two times to make sure, and it was not. In fact, $70 fuckn out of the 200 I had planned was used on that damn cord. This is the reason I am getting a job. I figure I can fix that shit with a job. I got ways of getting what I want if I want them. You can see I do. I would not want to play a game of lies this long. He is a clinical social worker, and he has herd various lectures. I think someone screwed up. I talked early but then grew silent. My first word was cake and not mom. Cake is more complex. As a baby, I refused to hug anyone. My mom says she continued untill I gave in and stopped pushing away. I always adapt, but now its appears to be very quickly.

Yeah sure I will. I keep geting looks from woman when I drive by exposing myself. Â I am not fat, and men do that in the summer, it must be because of my gorgeous body. One of my jobs called back. I did an interview, but they were not prepared. It seemed to go over fine, and now alll they got to do is contact their district manager. Radioshack's minimum pay is $7.65 per hour, and if you sell some product that they really want you to sell you get an extra 20 or 40 dollars. This would be the most I ever brought home in a pay check. I did $8 per hour with 25 hours per week. This looks like it will be a full time job, and my first one too. I may get an 1 hour over time too. This fuckn figures, my dad usually gets the good jobs, and apparently so do I. Pretty god damn close to my house too. I would say about 20 minutes if that. Fuck, this man is going to be physically, mentally, and monetaryly powerful. I am going to have it all eventually.

I found out later in my highschool, that there is a shabaz. He is some black dude in music or basketball, one of those. I never figured out why they called me that. Bones was called by a friend at highschool. You can see my ribs, a little bit on the my chest. The kid was fat also. See I don't give a flying Alex if my friends are obese, its the overall personality that matters in a friendship. It matters only so much as a girlfriend too. If I see her trying to change, that is considerate to what I want. That means as long as I see the effort and personality, I would date an obese person. I found out how much of a friend he was when he sent me home for one of his other friends. I did not give a flying fuck. He died early on in his life anyway. Its 2 feet away. My brother needs to bring his e drive over, but he is a busy man so I will have to be patient. If I over bug him too much he won't do it at all. I have not herd about the job. I have had enough shit, and its about time for something good. My life is downs and ups, and I don't see the up yet. That job would fit and posting my pictures would be sufficent for me. I think I have a resonable shot at both. I can keep the job this time, because I can deal with obnoxious moods just fine. I owe so much money to people, it is not my fault , that I shoud go for the E drive. I need a computer anyway, the monitor is about to go. I will have to be saving as much as possible.

hows your maths flo? There's a lot of stats in psychology, so I'd brush up on that if its what you want to study matey.

The best! I took an accerate algebra course and got a b+ without even trying much. Math is one of my strong points, as is every subject. Give me a little rest and the stuff will come out right. A little more editing would help too! I have gotten straight A's before. Well I messed up a little in phys edd and math. Those are much stronger now than ever.

If you're looking for music for a spiritual experience or relaxation i would suggest you look up some stuff by 'wendy rule' i listen to some of her stuff when i do pathworkings and she has an amazing voice that doesn't interfer with the music at all if anything it compliments it
