Title: What Did You Eat Today ?
Post by: Graelwyn on February 21, 2015, 04:48:52 PM
Always nosy about what other people have for their daily food.

I have had far too many biscuits (cookies) and some mixed nuts, and will have what I have had almost every night for the last 6 months for dinner - Poached salmon, root vegetable mash, steamed vegetables, raw mushrooms and a few raw baby plum tomatoes.

Breakfast was some whole meal bread with cherry jam. And last bit of yoghurt with the last bit of that cherry jam. Big mug of tea going with it.

Lunch at work, shop overhaul lunch, chips and a vegetable croquet.

Dinner, spaghetti with tomato sauce, fresh basil, and a bit of grated sharp cheese.
Greek yoghurt with brambles for desserts.

Ate a muffin and a hand full of almonds too, today.

Nice sounding food day. I love almonds. Not had pasta in a long time though.

Shredded wheat for breakfast, a chocolate croissant for lunch and hope to have tandoori chicken for tea.
