Title: Maca and other herbal suppliments

My brother introduced me to this stuff. Powdered Maca root, it's a South American plant.. sends your sex drive through the roof!
I want to get into more herbal supplements, what's everyone take?

i just take a plant based multi-vitamin and it works great. my system is too sensative for mostly any kind of supplament
