Do You think Mary Winker should get cudody of Her children after serving a shot sentence for voluntary manslaughter?

Probably not, but the courts sure shouldn't have
given custody to the same people who raised one
kid so well, that he managed to get his wife to shoot
him. Obviously, one doesn't get manslaughter in such
a case, unless there was reasonable evidence that she
was suffering from abuse.
