what, where, how, why?
my first joint was at a party. i was 17.i didnt know anybody there, which was my oportunity to be neutral and mysterious. people passed me the joint simply cus they didnt know me. didnt get stoned or anything, but from then on it was easyer to ask for a puff. i dunno why i was so drawn to it.
i refused to try when my friends offered, simply cus i shut down to peer pressure :D
since then ive smoked weed/hash as often as i can actually. and quite litterally :D
since then i tried many natural herby drugs, such as kava (didnt work) galanga (actually did work. pleasant but tedious to prepare. ultimately not worth it.) nutmeg (yeah, i was young :D ). of the natural drugs i tried that worked perfectly was qat (altho it was a tiny dose) salvia divinorum and psilocybe semilanceata :D
oh synthetic drugs i tried are speed, coke and lsd. of these i only liked lsd. i also tripped on dietylether, which was one of the most powerfull trips i ever had, but nosebleeds are never a good sign...

Smoked alot of pot & hash back in my teens and early 20's, until I started having a hard time catching my breath, asthma pretty much shut me down in my mid 20's. Damn that was fun. :'(
Tried angel dust once, like I was drunk, coke a couple of times, didn't really do anything.
Valium helped me "maintain" for years, that and achohol kept me from wanting to choke people at the social events my dates and friends seemed so fond of.
Now I'm pretty much a hermit/crazy old cat lady in training, gave up dating and clueless friends, so I just curl up to a glass of wine every now and then late at night when I want my brain to shut down and it refuses, no need to "maintain". :laugh:

Smoked pot at 11 with an older brother and cousin. Started drinking semi regularly at 14 and smoking pot very regularly at 15. Tried LSD, angelduist, dexedrine, seconal etc numerous times in High School. Mostly has, booze, pentazocine and dexies then to coke, crank and booze until a ferw months before my 25th birthday. Stayed quit almost eight years started crank and booze again at 32 for 3.5 years. Been quit now for 14 years. Used to act pretty fucking crazy.

Have not used much, not blown out of my mind, don't like that.
The odd cigarette when I was in smoky companionship. Liked the taste, and it stopped my eyes from itching. Never craved for a second fag though.
Some whine or eggnog and other sweet things. Later some scotch and beers.
And did some cannabis around 20, and again around 40. First time to be young and experimenting. Second time, to cope with my job, to be able to physically relax. A month ago or so, I asked someone for a puff, she was sitting next to me at a bus-stop, and asking if I did mind if she would smoke a joint. One or two puffs get my whole body relaxed, and I become super sensitive, without the negative of over sensitivity.
And of course, there is chocolate. Now that is something that I really would miss if it was not available. The only drug I've ever craved for I think.
I am scared shitless of most medical drugs btw. One of my last visits to a GP was to find out that I am not doing well on codeine, and should not take that again.

Nope, you don't win that prize. I never did any illegal drugs AND the closest I've come to having more than a sip of anything was eating a dessert that contained rum that hadn't been properly cooked off. (I'm tiny, female, and have no tolerance, so I actually felt warm for a bit, too, lol.)

I hate what Codeine does for me. Fucks with my heartbeat and I get extremely dizzy. With no fun effects at all, except that it is a good painkiller indeed.
Prescription drug here, btw, if it is part of a painkiller. In some coughing tinctures you can get it over the counter.

I think it's down to the chemical composition of the material being smoked. I got the pre-orgasm sensation from smoking some fresh, high-quality bud, that probably had a high level of THC compared to other cannabinoids. When smoking or ingesting lower-quality or more aged materials that are proportionally higher in THC degradation byproducts, I tend to get less pleasant physical sensations like dry eyes, electric shock sensations that pulse through my body and uncomfortably descended testicles.

It was Orange Bud that never failed to turn every spot in me into an erogenous zone.Very nice. Other flavours did not have that effect. And there was enough in the effects that I did not really like, like indeed dry eyes, and sideeffects of the tobacco on my windpipe and lungs.
Especially smoking Cannabis when ill at ease brought bad effects.
Like alcohol, for me it works as a mood enhancer. Worked great helping me relax deeper, if only I could start relaxing without the aid of THC.

My reaction to PCP would depend on the specifics of how it interacted with my neurochemistry, and I doubt it could be predicted on the basis of my reaction to cannabis. With cannabis, I probably have an unusually large number of cannabinoid receptors or some other neurochemical quirk that gives me a heightened response to cannabinoids.

I have used inhalants my first time was when I was thirteen I sniffed nail polish remover. I heard from other girls saying it would get you high. Ive had a problem
i'm a binge sniffer.I can go for months without them but every now and then I go through downtimes in my life or i get angry and bored. The only way to stay away
from that is to keep busy. It's hard because i'm an artist and my profession relies on art supplies like glue, paint and markers. I'm into silk screening right now
becuase the supplies I use do not have dangerous vapors.
It's hard getting off of them becuase you not only have to avoid that shady looking dealer in the alley, you have to deal with a huge diversity of
products. Drugs are under the sink, at the art store, in the closet, the hardware store, bathrooms. Uhhhhhh the stuff is everywhere.
I did inhalants becuase they were always there. They were convenient and easy to get a hold of.

dimethyltryptamine with marijuana - strangest experience ever. Not good to do right before having dinner with a friend's parents.
Sniffed glue when I was in high school because someone dared me to. I didn't get much work done.

While I was with that one particular boyfriend, whose preferred social drug was cannabis in various forms, every weekend for the better part of a year. After a while I stopped looking for any effect, and copied what everyone else was doing.

odd, but not unheard of.
the few times ive been peer-pressured into doing coke i felt absolutely no effect, which was especially weird considering all the hype of course. ive tried speed, and people told me there would be a huge difference. there was a difference allright, on speed i felt something :green:

Meh. I'm boring. I smoke a joint once or twice a year, and not even a full joint at that. Just a few puffs. :laugh: Other than that I've never done anything other than prescription meds and I take as directed. Wine is my poison. My rebellious side isn't with drugs.

My housemates and I had a party on saturday and I supplied a bowl of dried shrooms next to the chip/dip bowls, which was refilled a couple of times. Our guests got right into them. :2thumbsup:

It has happened around here to some Japaneses people who picked them but they were picking the regular edible type but were used to the ones they got in Japan. One of my professor's who also taught mycology had a friend who fucked up and died eating wild mushrooms. Both these people were after regular edible variety and around here one of the ones people want here to eat is very similar to what death cap looks like when it is not mature. The ones you get are indeed classed as poison but because of the effects your after and don't have as many look a likes with dire consequences. A friend of mine in collage used to get them shipped UPS from Oregon freeze dried by the pound and would sell them but also use them to buy stuff from people. I "sold" him at least one term paper :zoinks:
