Yes as long as I can remember and that goes back till I was about 2-3.  I always though everyone was like that till I got older.
Today is worse as I am about to take one of the kids to the doctor , just normal stuff but I hate the doctors


That just sucks. I hope one day there is a cure for it.  :(

I used to have a lot less patience. And working out tends to make people more explosive I think. And I work out.  :LOL:

It probably varies from one personality to another. For some people, exercise might be a safe outlet for the aggression and might make them calmer.

dunno why - i don't even know when. just having an aniety day i guess. or am i hungry? i can't tell if i'm feeling really hungry or low level anxious  :laugh:
