My arms are stiff from carrying my dog.  She comes to me for hugs and snuggles into me when I lift her, and then clings to me if I try to put her down before she's had her Peter-fix.  She was particularly clingy today, and wanted an extra-long cuddle, probably because she was unsettled by work I've been doing around the house and in the garage.

that's sweet, i wish my kitty paid as much attention. he only gets cuddly when i'm sleeping and tired.

Irritated had to pick up the youngest at school because she was "sick" now she wants to go out for lunch

why?

I take a break from my meds every couple of months or thereabouts.  I develop a resistance to them and they lose effectiveness over time when I take them continuously, and a week or two without them lets my neurotransmitters, receptors and liver enzymes return to normal, allowing me to regain the full benefits of the meds when I start taking them again.
