I am feeling ambivalent right now, my OT is getting the Bank account up to snuff and I got rained on and cold at work because it was coming down hard between 2 and 4 am. Then as I was coming home on my usual route at about 5:05 am one of the main roads in town two blocks from my home was blocked off for a long block and the cop waved me back as if there were some sort of violent, or potentially violent, incident going on, so I took an extra 7 or 8 minutes re routing. That crap, combined with my neighbor getting murdered 45' or so from my front door last December, is really irritating. Vallejo has always had homies and Hells Angels and other assorted scumbags to cause such troubles but it was getting better for a while. Now it's starting to turn into a violent shit hole again.

really good right now - things are in my favor, it seems (well - except for cunty legal things, but that shitshot crapshite was expected after a few days ago).

work is going well for me. i am of the chosen few, it seems. staff cuts are done and i still have a job, more hours, more money.


no- it is not luck - i worked my aching old arse off to keep my job, again, but this time it has worked out, for now.

Overwhelmed my wife is going on her annual cruise with friends leaving me home alone with the four kids for a week :o    She leaves in two hours :(

the second guy who i stabbed in the gut with the bat and then took out his legs about a minute later when he tried to run away has a rich uncle and lawyers
I hurt him really bad did not know i had caused a compound fracture to him

the county prosecutor tells me that nothing can come of this, same as the guy who ran me off the road and wanted to impress his girlfriend with how he could take over a situation. i hurt him, but i am more worried when i get a  court summons delivered by a county sheriff and a request to appear for an additional deposition by registered mail, inquiring as to the identity of my legal representative


i know they are trying to trip me up and make me say something to hurt myself  the only legal mind i know, other than my own, is my sis-in-law, but she's kind of sick right with her parkinson desesae  i am on my own for now
