I sleep at least an hour less a day, I don't think it could get any lower at 6.5hours, I think I am coming around :laugh:

I am not tired either, nor have I suffered ill effects.  This leaves more time to do what I want, sociallize, read books, enjoy life, etc

I have a referral for a sleep study, I just need to make an appointment.   Apparently I am supposed to sleep in a hospital and they are going to analyze what I do while I sleep.  I never wake up and feel rested.   Maybe I don't get enough REM sleep.
