Empty, for the most part. if my daughter had niot jumped through her skin on my arrival to greet me, i might be in a major funk of some sort. I've been home for over an hour and my son has not noticed, though. I need to find out what's up with him.

Muscle fatigue from last work still apparent when I do my high intensity cardiovascular exercise.

The back stretch after is sexually stimulating for some reason, perhaps its something to do with the flow of potiental sexual modifiers in that position.
