Disabled people and prostitution

Should disabled people be entitled to prostitution? I do.

There's nothing inherently wrong with being a prostitute, and it would do wonders for those who feel left out in a society saturated with sex. We all have sexual needs to fulfill.

I remember posting something about this on zomg last year; there was an article about it on the BBC site, if I remember correctly.

I think they should do anyway. Plus, it would be much safer if legalised and regulated.

I wouldn't want a prostitute myself, but as long as everyone involved is a consenting adult, and it's organised properly, I don't see the problem. Maybe that's just me though.

There is a massage parlour just down the road from me; they charge £40 for half an hour.
I think it will be some hound or crack-whore;so I would rather just wank off to a DVD.
I would go if I could see what the choice was in advance and she looked like she was a nice person.

Prostitution should be totally legal and the prostitutes given respect and safety.  No cop-outs either; like decriminalisation. I think the reason that it's illegal is some throwback from double standards some people still hold about some women existing just to be used and it being ok to consider them subhuman, while others have to be pure and worthy.

To me it's no different from going to a lapdancing club and that's much more acceptable now. Ok, there is the possibility of diseases but in a relationship thats more about boundries and trust anyway.

Both men and women are at fault of things being the screwed up way they are now because it's so covenient for them. That bloke in the wheelchair was very brave for coming out and saying it on telly etc. because nobody would have batted an eyelid if he had just went and got laid in secret.

I have some personal moral issues with
prostitution, but don't think that it should
be particularly discriminated against, as a profession.

All the same, like many other professions, there are
some serious effects - many psychological. Any regulation
of prostitution should probably take this into account, and
make certain that adequate counseling is available. I've seen
the same effects on strippers though, and would advocate that
they too have such resources made available.

Anybody should be able to go to one.  I think it should be a business and regulated as such as long as everyone's an adult

Shouldn't children be able to use one,
with their parents' permission?

Maybe only in the safety of the
home, kinda like alcohol.

Hey, some people are into it.
You'll never self-actualize the subconscious canopy of stardust with that attitude.
