lol i get really bad with meltdowns as well
i got them sometimes in university, mainly when i went back late 2007 (was already depressed before sophie died and then things got a bit too much in november/december i think)
i hit myself on the head in the middle of a seminar not long before xmas lol
i dunno if anyone noticed, i guess they didthey must think im retarded

i want benzos
someone suggested them when i was bad in school, when i had to do presentations for my GCSE stuff

my anxiety has been really bad recently
before starbuline died i just had social anxiety
my social anxiety has half gone now, but the worst is still there
but i seem to have developed other kinds of anxiety
i get really bad anxiety attacks over weird things now

I don't know how I got along before benzos people used to think I was the meanest mother around most of the time because I was always anxious and on edge Now they take the edge off along with my other meds much more relaxed but still nervous compared to most people

people used to think i was in a bad mood all the time because i never spoke to anyone
then again i was in a bad mood actually because my school was fucking retarded
i dont have to do presentations at uni now because of my AS though, which is good - i can do a right-up instead. it means more work overall, but definitely better than speaking

I don't smile or have much in the way of facial expressions that also lead people to think I was always pissed.  I only had two presentations and uni in the 5 years I went always avoided those classes when I could

I always LOVED reading things aloud.
I'd get nervous about presentations,
but never that.

Even though people teased me, for
how good I was - that I put some feeling
into even history passages.

When I cut it seemed so logical.  But now I'm like, "why the fuck would I do that?"
Same.
And then I will feel tempted again. Round and round.
I still can't wear short sleeved t-shirts. I will have a lot of scars and some cuts still haven't fully healed and it was last year that I did it.

i wish my doctor could see that. benzos would make a huge difference.

But they lose their effectiveness. Well, Valium does. If I take it two nights in a row, then on the third night I take it and it will have no effect. I get used to it too fast. :(
