Bacon, egg, tomato, lettuce sandwich. Plus a pineapple fritter from yesterday's batch. Didn't feel like eating at all, but made myself so I feel 100% soon.

I generally eat twice a day lately. A small meal at lunch and a larger at dinner. Been a bit slack and skipped more than the occasional dinner lately.
Dropped another half a stone or so recently and not that happy about it. Reason to stop being slack I guess.
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

.Benevolent if you toe the line.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Censoring/banning/restricting/moderating myself, Calanadale & Scrapheap were all not his finest moments.

How to apologise to Scrap

I usually have a good appetite and love my food. I just have no appetite because I am going through a bit of a setback. It's at those times you have to make yourself eat and I've tried to have lots of salad and at least some balance in the food I have. If I know I am going to be lazy, I make a big batch of something. I'm a great lover of leftovers transformed.

Savoury mince with potatoes and carrots on toast. Comfort food.

Mince = hamburger.

So far I've had a bowl of cereal, a Viet-style pork & salad roll, and a piece of chocolate cake.
