So, what is a Klox? What does it mean, Who are you? How do you do?
Please tell me, so I can be rid of the notion that a klox is medical slang for something that must be removed by surgical procedures.

It refers to the pluralistic term for more than one clock. The zaniest part of it all is that the term is futuristic. Perhaps at some later point in life you will need more than one clock removed from your body. Sorry to disappoint but this is something I insist you live with at the back of your mind from now on.  :)
