A Sundae spoon would be best long handle smallish scoop and available in sterling silver which does have antimicrobial properties  :nerdy:

Miralax sucks, I should know because I take it, because of the narcotics I take, because of cancer.  I have to self disclipline my self for it to work, nothing works better, than diet and exercise.  I got more regular as soon as I left elanor slator hospital.  I see a six pack devolping.   I have to say fuck you to elanor slator hospital because my belly is all mess up because of their dumb diet and lack of exercise.  I was cleaner before I got in there.
