i got my certificate today - it's officially official, cos they addressed it to Dr. Me!  and i got a congrats from my graduate school, also addressed to Dr. Me.  ;D

well, another doctorate means another five years (2.5 for me to actually do it, and another 2.5 for them to fuck about and delay everything).  you'll have to wait that long, then.  :'(
