i forgot to mention it yesterday, but, when i got to my appoitnment at the homeopathic hospital, the doctor was running late.  i had to go straight to uni afterwards, and only had the slimmest of time margins, so i said i'd have to leave.  so, the bloke who had the appointment before me said i could have his slot.  isn't that fab?

what a nice bloke.   :clap:

a mineral remedy made from some volcanic rock, or something.  i thought it was "kelma" volcano or similar.  know of any volcano which sounds like that, ozy?

i slept!  i fucking well SLEPT!!!  :woohoo:

had about five hours sleep and only woke up once - it's a miracle!

the O Man's witchery is obvoiusly improving, although half a bottle of wine and two antihistamines may have helped.  :laugh:

Me, too!!

Two times in one week I have have slept more than five hours in a thirty two hour period. I accredit the Newky and exhaustion, but the result is what counts.


Feeling pretty good, today. I've already been working over the garden and gotten really thirsty. Chugged my first gallon of water just now.
