Ok you are at a climbing wall. You climb to the top, with ropes attached. Then you go back down, hanging off the rope. (hope that explains it)

Oh ok, we refer to it as "rappelling" part of the sport of rockcliff climbing.  Not sure if I spelled it right, somebody stole my dictionary! :P

Anyway, I learned something new today! 8)
