Well, I've decided that I'm going to go without food or meds for a day and see if there's anything to this physiological clarity thing with fasting. Anyone else trying?

I've fasted for 2 weeks, a couple of
times. You shouldn't get much off
of a day. After about a week, some
interesting things started to happen.
