I dont really plan to go into Psychology even though its an option.
The way my degree is its made up into different areas where i get recognition in a few fields.
I did sociology for a couple of years which was going toward my original psychology degree, then i thought about a lot of different routes and areas which would help me further my goals the best so i decided to take my sociology certification instead rather than continue with just a psychology degree because the psychology degree wouldnt be remotely enough and i could now take the degree i originally wanted as i now met the age requirement, then i transferred and rerouted the rest of my credits and chose my tailor made degree to study Law (which also includes social work law) & Criminology with Psychology (which later on is majorily devoted to forensic Psychology & Profiling) instead which will continue into my post grad, so that i could take things and professional recognition from a few fields to use to help further my agenda.
Because of the subjects and the awards ive chosen its a bit longer than the typical degree but that doesnt bother me too much even though its hard work and a bit boring at times when you get to the sections that your not as interested in but are mandatory. The work can be pretty flexible though from time to time.
I was approached and asked what i thought of joining a particular branch of the police force after my completion which i hadnt thought about to be honest but there are a few options, at the time being i dont want to decide completely on an actual profession because my goals could alter slightly by the time i finish my degree and what may seem the best route right now may not be then as their could be better options available to take due to change.
