 ?My therapist says HFA is masking the symptoms of bipolar disorder, so he can;t tell weither I have it or not. ?I can meditate through hypoglycemia and give my self strenght to make proper food choices, instead of giving in to impules. (meditation=postive visualization exercise) Hypoglycemia makes a person very irritable. I don;t require my eyes closed, to reduce distractions, for meditation.  I had a very fine  opportunity to give into impulse too.   I was with my annoying mom and nephew in walmart, where everything is cheap.  I did meditation, while I was walking around in the store, and I calmed myself down. My mom took us to friendly's and I did not put my emotions on anyone else.   Everyone was eating icecream, and I was fine with the healthy stuff only. That situation brought great confidence in my own abilities, because it was tough.

Herbs make me hyper, otherwise I am not.  Herbs also make me moody, but then much better.  This is a cleasing reaction.  They also seem to be building my sexual vitality.  I never knew I was disfunctional down there, but it does not matter now.   Maybe I was not, maybe it just makes me stronger.

Let me put one thing past you.  I cannot afford meds even if I changed my mind. I have medicare, but I live on social security.  I have and extremely limited income. Med adjustment may  cost 120 per month, and I get 650 per month. I don;t know if medicare will bill me. They may not  work either.

I need a psychostimulant, and  that would make my life much easier.  That would be something like aderall.  I drink stimulating teas and take stimulating herbs already.  God damn overstimulation is why I can be such a pric, and that is why I need something like aderall. Overstimulation makes me unstable.  They might have prescribed the antidepressant because the side affects are less.  I won;t give up yet, and I have got to look further.
