Sorry about the crappy quality.  I needed to darken image to really see the abs, and that is why I had to flex. Otherwise it showes up if I lift my arms up, and especially when I am hot.  I guess its just my skin tone.  When I tried to darken the  image format it was not supported by super load.com or by ms paint.
