thanks :green:

i wish i had food anhedonia because if i didn't care about food i would just go wthout it a lot of the time and i'd be skinny. when i took speed i only ate when i started to feel woozy and tired. and then i'd only eat like a coupla fruit. i miss that not caring thing.

No you don't, because you would only binge on the ones you can taste. Trust the Salt/Sweet Man on this one.

i wouldn't binge if i had food anhedonia. i'd be like Peter.

Then maybe what I experience is not really anhedonia where food is concerned, but simply a lack of taste sense for most things. Generally eating is a chore, as already mentioned, but on the rare occasion that I actually taste something pleasurable in food, I obsess trying to taste again and again. It could easily become a binge if I was not careful to avoid that behavior.

With my lack of taste sense and unpredictable tactile sense, which comes and goes, combined with my crazy mixed up visual and aural senses, I am quite the "repeatable sensation" junkie! My taste sense does not change, so things like chocolate cake and hot peppers are like gods to me. I have binged quite heavily on both in the past, hence the semi-Buddha belly.

I came to this world with nothing
and I leave with nothing but love,
everything else is just borrowed.

Fuck it, we'll do it live.

I'm not sure if I have it or not. I don't always feel. I would have to look more into this condition. There wasn't enough information on wiki.

I fall into that kind of slump at times, when I'm between interests.  Even discovering a song I love
can pull me out of it.  Lately it's John Williams' theme from Jurassic Park.  It's used in the last
scene of Jurassic World, in a very moving way.  It's majestic music and makes me teary-eyed.  :'(
