A lot of gluten free food from the first comfortable supermarket I've found in Montreal.
They had U.S. brands and four - no - five different kinds of gluten free cake. Except for the glaring lack of raisin choices, I was very happy. They also had organic hearts of romaine - a favorite treat of mine.
Cookies and cake mix and GF toaster pastries. They had different varieties of tofu - the other stores here had none at all. They had the GF ramen that I have been buying on Amazon and driving to the U.S. to pick up (not just the ramen, other packages as well). The overhead music was in English and they had free indoor parking even though they were close to downtown.
Close to downtown meant big bags of cans and the smell of homeless laundry, but it wasn't prevalent. The staff was completely multicultural. And they had a huge Godiva display. Made me wish I still ate chocolate.
