There's an egg shortage here, so I drove to a shop called Gilbert's to see if they had any. They did but we could only take one carton because that was limit per customer. That's fine, we don't eat a lot of eggs anyway.

Six jars, three small, three large from the Salvos. They're for kitchen stuff.

A little reduced light up sign for the kitchen from the dollar store so that I could kick myself for making the first unnecessary purchase I've made since last year of $7.00 as I paid bills later, while hubby blows $40-$50 on the 10th fishing pole we don't need.

I should've bought wine too.
Maybe I'll just start doing drugs.  :zoinks:

Mostly the usual suspects to fill up my minifridge, gravel paper and bird seed.

Never heard of an unwich.

It's just a sandwich without the bread. A lettuce wrap with sandwich stuff inside. I made mine with ham, lettuce, tomato, and pickle.  :orly:

^That sounds tasty but for the pickle. I wish I liked more foods, I'm pretty fussy.

A lot of people don't like pickle. When we make burgers or sandwiches for a group, I always put the pickles in a separate bowl on the plate with all the other toppings. One time Sugarbutt asked me why I do that. I told him it's because the people who don't like pickles also don't like pickle juice touching their food.  :autism:

You're very thoughtful. A lot of people wouldn't think to do such a thing.

It reminds me of when my mum was making a trifle for Christmas. She knows I don't like nuts or cream so she made a section of the trifle without those so I could eat it.

My momma did stuff like that too. I have texture issues with cooked onion and bell pepper. Usually she would run them through the blender when cooking with them, but my dad preferred the chunks whenever she made chili or stews, so she would make a small separate pot just for me.

Aww, that's heartwarming. Our mums are awesome!

I just went on eBay and saw some Japanese Hiroshima stamps. I've been there in person many years ago so I felt like buying them.
