Apparently my Cubbies just beat the Brewers 5 to nothing. I'm going to go watch the highlights before my appointment with Pat

I'm just a loser, a fat loser who isn't attractive enough (nor confident) to meet the right person.

I wonder what your psychologist has to say about this opinion of yourself. Have you told her?

He knows about my overthinking... this thought, not so much -__-

Sorry, I thought Pat was a woman's name. So Pat is short for Patrick.

Ok, maybe you could tell him your thoughts about yourself. I used to think similar - I had really low self-esteem.

I've had ups and downs... yet in all honesty, that's okay.

Maybe, next trip, come up with a simple question to ask. Possibly create a context about a pet or something lovable? Get something going for a set of discussions.

But expose this to one who has more to work with outside of your fear factors.
Jimi Hendrix: When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace.

Ghandi: Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.

The end result of life's daily pain and suffering, trials and failures, tears and laughter, readings and listenings is an accumulation of wisdom in its purest form.

Fear factors I seem to notice is being wrongly accused, girls actually liking me, weird attention, bikes, rooms with multiple mirrors, icy areas, etc. Yeah... I got a boat load

Yes and there is more to them than a view from the inside.
That's why I agree with Reneaden whole heartedly.
I'm certain you've tried to imagine how it is from outside of being you. That's hard to do. Takes time.

But definitely share these notions with someone you trust.
How is the worst it could be?
They don't understand?

Well, you're already there.

It's not hard to understand really... it's just the only ones that do are my mother, my sister, and my therapist.
