Quote from: CallawayLet's say hypothetically, for the sake of argument, that an adult in one country sent naked pictures of himself or herself to an underage child in Oregon, where the age of consent is 18, and solicited similar pictures from the child. Looking at it from a pedantic legal standpoint, if these pictures are considered pornographic, whose laws would apply in this case: Oregon laws; US laws; the other country's laws; or international law?Since I haven't sent naked images and certainly wouldn't request naked images to this individual, that is utterly irrelevant. You are just looking for an excuse to dish the dirty on some errors I made on Intensity, which, incidentally, were with an adult in his 30s.

It was a hypothetical question.I forgot that she actually sent nudes to someone here. I think that she is a little bit defensive for someone who says she didn't exchange naked pictures with a minor.

Must be nice to start an abusive thread and then just lock it whenever they can't back up what they say.
The fact you are claiming it is illegal says that you were speaking in terms of sex, as that would be the illegal part as well you know. Simply talking to someone on the net with the aim of being with them eventually, is not illegal, as any person should know. Maybe I should bring his mother on here to point out the legal system to you. She plans on giving me her consent in 2 and a half months time. You are making a deal...about 2 and a half months LOL After which time, it is fully legal for us to marry even.
