His claim seems to be that dunc and odeon are
akin to Hitler and Stalin. I guess that's why Lit
ended up 'disappearing' when he started revealing
things.

I think it was just a joke going with the dictator theme and having opponents 'disappeared', I don't think he was saying that Lit was like ascan or that we really had him disappeared.
