Is the site becoming a mess??

Most threads I'm reading these days are just a conversation between two people while all other conversations seem to be subsiding.

Others can talk. It's their own fault if they
don't. I try and (when not in extreme spam
mode) stay out of where I have nothing to
say, and I've found that's a good deal of the
site.

My replies depend upon my mood, the person posting before me, the subject, what was said, etc,  or a combo of things.  Many a time I have hit reply, only to change my mind and do something else rather than post.
