Extracts of herbs are in mg doses usually.If you take more than one kind of herb, you cut dosage for desired effects.  I know little about dosage and cross reactivity of meds.

Omega 3 fats, I forgot one.  Fish, walnuts, chia seeds, flax seeds,  and god damn must study more!
Alpha linoleic acid exsists in plants, DHA  and EPA exsist in fish and such.  Cage free eggs have higher omega 3 content, and so does grass fed beef.
