I got the machine to say 12% at 135lbs, that was cool, but then I realized exercise can confuse it.   Damn lucky I am, must be storing that fat equally, or in places not on my stomach.  That is good though, abs fat  promotes the most diease.

rhubarb, prunes, good ol' water; psyllium husks are v good.  but they won't work for purging, thank the gods.

Psyllium husks sound interesting.

Will see where I can get them.

Have been drinking Senna for about a year and a bit now but developed a tolerance for it :( Doubling the dose won't do it, so I have to triple it now. 

I found figs are also quite good but quite fattening so feel even more guilty after eating them.

Why don't you just try adjusting your lifestyle habits instead of just using herbs?

Build up your psychological well being to, by building up your self confindecence.  It carries over into other things also.

Well then you miss judged me.  Just because I tought them so much, its not all that I do.  Some can be expensive, so to maximize their effectiveness and minimize waist, I try to do everything else right to.  Sometimes you can just use herbs to help you discover what is wrong, by what it helps.  It suggest things to me.
