ach.  don't start me on that book.  it started all the generic, semi-conspiracy theory twaddle off.

Some of the ideas in it had been around for a while. The ones that weren't were
pretty much crap. I loved how the documents that they were basing claims upon
kept 'disappearing'. It was fun though, like reading the Illuminatus trilogy was.

Went well beyond DaVinci Code though.

too long, too histrionic, too badly written, too stupid (anyone else work out the clues about 20 pages before they did?), and too hyped.

try "angels and demons" - it's supposed to be "even better"  ( ), and i pissed myself laughing all the way through, at the utter implausibility of it all.

i saw the movie i didn't attempt to read the book. i can't read stuff i'm interested in, i couldn't handle something that's even boring as a movie.

But I'm really enjoying oil painting...mostly abstract...I've tried out all sizes... from miniatures to large...I have a really big piece that I'm working on at the moment.

i don't like acrylic, it sucks. i also like to paint semi-abstract and espressionistic.

do you use lots of paint or thin layers? i like to use huge globs.

I use thin layers on the realistic ones.   Abstract...I love texture too.  Nice and thick and glossy.  Even though those oil globs take forever to get dry.

I was more interested in the connection to real things...like the artworks etc.  I think it was silly about the whole hype also.

What is the earliest thing you remember?

Sitting in swimmers in a pram and wetting myself.  Apparently I would have been under one because we moved from that house before my first birthday.   I also can recall the floorplan of the house and what the rooms looked like and where the furniture was placed.  Freaks my family out.

I'd say OK.  Theoretically of course.  Why would a girl knock that back?

would you just lay back and enjoy the ride or would you grab my hair from the back of my head and take control of the situation?

Would this be an appropriate question for an Ask Away Thread McPervert?
