By extreme here, I meant false. While there may be nearly no chance of it
happening, certainly it is feasible that the entire organization of a site like this
might change - especially since the current rules allow for just this.

Ah - that makes more sense. Theoretically, it's probably possible to stretch the free speech rules too far here too. Like if people got into terrorist plots or extreme racist groups, or something that would make a government intervene. I'm not sure if there's a solution to that.
