Yes, Bohemia is the mainland of the Czech Republic. When this glass was manufactured, it was part of Czechoslovakia. Slovakia ceded from Czechoslovakia through referendum on January 1th 1993. For most of it's existence, Bohemia has been part of the German Empire, though. The last time was 1939-45. Czechoslovakia existed from 1918-39 and from 1945-92.
