I'm still confused as to how they get people to agree to this and how people don't know how to get out of it. hence why I've said nothing; I feel dumb. The link doesn't work, though (till now I was too lazy to click it); maybe if I could find what you read I'd get it.
They get people to sighn up with false promises of nationwide travel, working with thier peers (18-25yr olds) making LOTS of money and so on. They keep people in by barely giving them enough money to live on, giving them "free" drugs in the hotel rooms at night, and one caller even said they arranged sex orgies. Basicaly, these sales teams operate like a cult. There's a charismatic leader for every team who keeps them going on false promises and hype.
