with all these events lately are you suffering from any anxiety?

Yes, my birthday was weird, I had to work so it didn't feel like a special day at all.
To top it off, I am now 30.

I am actually not suffering anxiety problems. But I am having bouts of depression. I can't explain it, I don't really have anything to be depressed about. I am going to the doctor soon, I have made an appointment. I've said things to the doctor before about it but now I won't let the subject go as it is getting quite serious and pervasive.
