The PR had an exciting day.  She bowled 4 games: 120, 139, 157 and 196.  15 spares and 10 strikes.  The last game - the 196 was entirely spares and strikes.

Heheh, 120 was about my average. She did awfully well on that last game. Excellent. :)

Been a while since I've posted about her bowling.  We've been focusing on behaviour at the lanes.  IOW don't get mad because someone gets a spare or strike and you didn't.

Today was close to perfection.  All 4 girls got along beautifully.  Well as beautifully as mixed handicaps can (choclear implant and CP, autism and TSC, minimally verbal and The PR.)

Anyways she also bowled 3 games without bumpers and only had 2 gutter balls.  First time she's bowled without bumpers.

Without bumpers, I get gutter balls frequently.

I'd like to bowl again, it's just really expensive here.

The games are half-price for handicapped bowlers.  She's wanting a new ball, so we're putting money aside for one in the new year.  Those are expensive, but I'd like her to go up one pound so she gets more force when the ball hits the pin.  Also I'm not sure her current ball is the right composition for the lane finish.  I need to research that.
