We have a neighbor whose yard looks a lot like this for Christmas, Easter and Halloween, except with more stuff so it's even more tacky. When the girl lived at home she loved their house. Her favorite chiristmas decorations were tacky christmas, drunk christmas where the lights are randomly and haphazardly strewn, and old school christmas with the big fat bulbs.  :lol1:

Does anyone do advent calendars?

Kayleigh and I went halves on a Borg one (Star Trek). It's a big cube with goodies inside, one for each day. So far we've gotten a pack of TOS cards, a Kirk pin (I'm thinking of putting it on my Salvos apron), a Quark's Bar wine bottle stopper, two pictures of Elnor - a Romulan from ST: Picard and a pair of Enterprise D themed socks.

I do one for the cub, a wooden one shaped like a Christmas tree that I painted, with little drawers in it that I fill up with M&M's and Reeses Pieces.
