As to what is wrong with inner cities he is close. Over the years I have had to train and work with all kinds of people and the ones I dreaded the most were the city types regardless of race once and awhile you got one that wasn't bad but they were the exception usually you find out after talking to them one of their parents were either in the military or was from out in the country.
