It's still celebration week.

I was hoping CBC would treat the members of this site on coffee and her famous carrot cake.

Did not expect any alcohol from the teetotal Weeble. But there does not seem to be any type of party. Funny how the teetotal Weeble wobbles so well on coffee, btw. She does not need booze to get that swing.
this isn't the party?

what does a party look like here?

I hoped to see a very wobbly happy bouncy dancing CBC, with carrot cake among the festivities organised by the guests. But the focal point of the party does not seem to be that much in the mood for dancing and celebrating.

You really did start the party with the parade of cute cats. I'm just missing the Weeble here.

But, also without her being bouncingly present, this is a nice party. And she has now looked in this thread and told she turned fifty. Maybe inertia is having a hold on her, and she will start partying tonight, after a long preparation time. Once she gets started, she'll be unstoppable.

Thank you, elder friend.  I'm officially old enough now for an AARP card.  8)

We are behind our time! It's CBC birthday week yet there is no thread, there no specials on TV, and worst of all, no parades???

Dancing kittens on parade!  Maybe if we strategize, our crew at work will be on TV!

Great idea, Wolfie, a whole CBC celebration week.

Time for some nostalgia. At age 50, looking back with a smile is allowed.

It was such an innocent time. :cbc: I still have that innocence in my heart!
