Always said, if the democrats were really smart they would simply give up on the topic of gun control, and if they did that republicans would never win another election. Think there's a lot of bipartisan, nonpartisan, and even democratic voters who vote republican mainly for that single issue. If they let it go and bided their time until after gaining enough power in the house and senate, they could enact whatever gun laws they like.

I consider myself a liberal.  I have a lot of leftist/progressive friends that have spouted such nonsense about Ferguson and feminist issues that I have a hard time associating with them.

Pretty sure that most of my give-a-shits are fully right leaning, always have been.

I am a well armed American, sporting and supporting my right to ... well, you know.

I have been a life long member of the NRA since 1969.  I plan to continue to send that particular lobbying effort money to push "the good fight,"  for as long as I can draw breath.

Not so sure about other country's politics, but in these most blessed and powerful United States of America, I am fairly sure that I can claim to be fairly and assuredly right wing.

... however, you can set me very far away from those neo-nazi assholes with shaven heads (although, I have worn a chrome dome for many years, now), because racism, in any form, is a strong anti-  to the way I was raised,
