Kicking back, recuperating and casting off the overloading and shell-shock of yesterday's ER admission for heart arrhythmia and sinus tachycardia, close to going into cardiogenic shock. Thankfully, I picked up my med refills all of them, today this morning, even though I had to wait an hour and a half more than I should because the doctors were all late coming into the office, so the script wasn't signed. Thankfully, I had a little diamorphine base that I put to good use in staving off the withdrawal that would otherwise have taken hold of me due to their not being at work on time to sign the script that otherwise should have been ready right the moment they opened. Not the same, as my pain meds, but it did at least keep the wolves from the door.
Right now, just decided, since there was a single dose left over, to smoke a quick foil of the last of my brown while I watch family guy, for a rather more trivial reason, just to relax and more than anything else, to make the cigar I was going to and of course now have, lit up, while I put my feet up for family guy and american dad. Afterwards I might make with the borohydride and indulge in a little chemistry, to keep my hand in and just because I like chemistry. Nothing better than whipping out the flasks, condensers and my stills etc. and get something interesting refluxing away, watching the drip-drip-drip as the vacuum pump pulls over my desired end product, for times when de-stressing is what the doctor ordered (or at least would do if he was here)
