I got my car back from Mazda. I was hoping to see a difference but there is none. Maybe they didn't do anything? :P

Well they vacuumed the inside good and proper so I'm grateful for that.

filled out paperwork at the 2 appointments. Lost all phone, internet and tv.  Thought it was connected to some road work in the area.  Finally found the number to call (thank heavens for the cell phone) this morning.  turns out something had frozen.  Just had to turn it off and let it set for a moment or two.  Very, very nice, helpful customer service from ATT.

You've been killing a lot of sound lately.

Was up late to rewrite a piece of code that has been on my mind. I think it works now, finally.

Played doorman and made sure the cat did not get out of the studio we were working on and warned people to watch their step on the hoses and cords we had going across the sidewalk

Saw my friend get yet another tattoo (think she has 30+ now) then we had a barbecue lunch with her parents at her house, I get along with them really well, thankfully. We sat around and talked for ages then we went out for dinner. I had a really nice steak and the mashed potato was awesome. Chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert. Yum. A good day over all.

And now it's time to start all over again,.

Am I misremembering that you had some serious issues with a contractor who worked on your house.  How did that turn out?

Oh yes, we did. We had to redo the whole thing and pay for it ourselves. Apparently it's impossible to successfully sue a contractor even if you have the paperwork to show all the things he fucked up.
