Randy is saying that you are jealous of him, but you should work out like he does instead of being lazy, then you can have a body like his.  

Wow, look how evil I got on caffeine.  That was only something like 490mg, but if you count the day befores it comes to 920mg.  I am sorry,  I have never had so much caffeine in my life and so was not prepared for it.  The euphoria I would get, and workingout seemed to help that reaction move along.


I worked out for 8 hours yesterday with only a shower and a packet of plan no salt rice cakes.  Most of the time it was pretty intense. I was midly sleep deprived, but after that required a three hour nap.  

My therapist did not quite get it, oh my fuckn god.  My complete elimination of junkfood was the mastering of my so called over stimulation issue.  I bought decaffinated green tea awhile back actually, but its better to cut back and keep the caffeine.  If I can do that, I can do anything.
