When I moved from MA to PA years ago they gave us a truck that rocked back and forth like that semi. I should have known something was wrong because in stepping off the truck at one point my foot went down into a gap where the back step/fender was supposed to be attached to the truck.
We had to go to another yard to have it replaced and it took a day to move all the stuff from one truck to the other.
When we got to Philadelphia they tried to charge us for the extra day. I threatened media coverage and they not only didn't charge us, they shaved some off the original price.

  I had two of them yesterday:

  1.) About a second after closing my locked apartment door to go to work,
  I remembered that I'd left my keys on the stove.  :facepalm2:

  2.) My brother dropped off my spare set at work, but I'd never made a copy of the new exterior-door key
  after my landlord changed the lock.  No problem, I thought.  There are four other apartments in my building,
  most occupied by couples.  I'll just knock on the front door and/or ring doorbells till someone lets me in.

  Got home shortly before 7 p.m., nobody was home.  For almost two hours.  :autism:
