Through a fluke in the calendar, PA gets his Social Security check, the PR gets her Disability and Welfare checks and I get my Retirement check on Friday.  Usually the Retirement & Welfare checks come on the first and the Social Security and Disability checks come on the third, but since the 3rd is a Sunday, everything gets into the bank on Friday.

When dates of payment happen to be on a Saturday or Sunday, I usually have to wait till Monday, to get it in my account. Either the bank, or the payer is enjoying some extra interest.  :chores:
