I'm underweight. I don't eat enough.

I've been off the blood thinners for almost 48 hours, I'm doing okay so far.... maybe its best to start being more mobile.

Start small and build it up. If you make a routine out of going for a five minute walk twice a day, it will be easy to expand to 6, 7, 8 etc minutes a day. Running can be slowly introduced into that rhythm too.

I'm able to walk longer distances... I don't have it really bad like my sister does. (arthritis in the back)

Good. 5 minutes is a bit too slow then. But, starting slow is not a bad thing. I kept telling me to start cycling, and never did it in a way that made a difference. Now I have given it a place in my routine, and I really miss it when I don't do it. (Like today  :P , I'm now posting on I2, instead of battling the elements, and it is not half as satisfying.)

I am eating cheesecake as we speak :)
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

.Benevolent if you toe the line.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Censoring/banning/restricting/moderating myself, Calanadale & Scrapheap were all not his finest moments.

Ceilidh thought I could do with a change in my diet (I don't eat enough fruit (blech) and vegetables so I bought some of that today along with some yoghurt.

I really think it is the meds causing my weight gain but I don't want to come off them as I feel they are doing me good mentally.

1. avoid over-eating
2. planning walking routes (on school days, and not school days)
